Maybe you love to workout, or maybe it’s a chore that you may or may not force yourself to do. Either way, just about everybody suffers from low motivation at some point in time. This could be ok, but giving in to your lack of motivation and skipping a workout can actually lead to even lower motivation and skipping more often – it’s a vicious cycle!
To fix this, you must find positive motivation, and get in to a routine. You will notice that your motivation increases, and suddenly it’s a victorious cycle!

One thing that all these ideas have in common is the accountability factor. You need to be accountable for your workout. So find a strategy that works for you, and get moving!
