2-3 chicken breasts
1 15.5oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 16oz jar salsa, flavor of your choice
Place black beans and salsa in crockpot and mix together. Lay chicken breasts on top and scoop some of the mixture over them. Cook on low 2-4 hours depending on the thickness of the chicken. If you have less time use thinner pieces, and you can even do high for 1 hour. Slice avocado and serve on the side. You can also add fresh chopped green onions if you have time. Some yummy add-ons (depending on your health and fitness goals) can be sour cream or cheese.
