Stress never did anyone any good, and can negatively affect your health and fitness goals. Work this week to keep stress levels down, and positive energy up. If you feel stress levels rising, try taking the family out for a walk or taking 5 minutes for yourself to stretch or do yoga. Don’t focus on things that aren’t getting done - set your priorities and feel good about keeping them in order this week. If you miss a workout or eat too much, take it in stride and remember that this is your time to spend with family and friends.
