As 2013 rapidly comes to a close, one can’t help but reflect on accomplishments during the year, and dreams for the following year. For us, we’ve talked for years about taking our passion for everything fitness and nutrition and putting it in to a business that we could share with everyone, and taking advantage of the fact that social media makes this possible. Suddenly it dawned on us: why keep talking…let’s make it a reality! And Bright Fitness was born.
We have both had our own fitness journeys that were not always easy. We’re both moms and crazy busy with family, work, and that constant battle to find the right balance. We’ve been involved personally and professionally in fitness and nutrition for more than 20 years combined and helped hundreds of people find motivation and workouts that work!
Sneak preview for us: Our goal in 2014 is to complete a Warrior Dash in May! We’ve both completed many fitness goals (including half marathons for both and a full marathon for Sarah!) but we have never conquered an obstacle course! The joy is in the challenge!
